ART OF THE FIRST CITIES: ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE

Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City

The “Art of the First Cities: The Third Millennium B.C. From the Mediterranean to the Indus” has just opened at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and will close August 17. Take advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see these magnificent artifacts from many of the leading museums which have been brought to New York for this exhibit.


The program at the Metropolitan Museum of Art
will consist of:
• Guided tour of the Ancient Near East section
• Guided tour of the Egyptian collection
• Audio tour of the “Art of the First Cities”
• Latest update on the Baghdad Museum
